Step 2: Assessment of damage

An assessment of the damage is compiled and forwarded to the relevant  insurer for approval. If the vehicle is not drivable a replacement car is provided (subject to insurance cover being provided). If vehicle is still drivable a booking in date is arranged and a replacement car made available for that date.

Once authorization as been received replacement parts are ordered and repairs commence. You will receive an expected date to which the repairs will be complete. Quality checks are made through out the repair stages and you will be kept informed about any delays. All work carried out is supported with our 5 year guarantee.

Step 3: Vehicle Repaired

A final quality control check is carried out and contact is made to arrange the return of your vehicle. Any excess or other payments will need to be made at this time and your final repair bill will be forwarded to the relevant insurer for settlement.
